Product Description

This work portrays a dystopian future version of a traditional downtown district.

Based on the structure of Japanese residential neighborhoods,
it reconstructs densely packed buildings, tangled overhead wiring,
and overlapping everyday circulation paths into a compressed urban composition.

Low-rise and high-rise structures coexist in layered density.
Architecture appears repeatedly extended and interconnected.
The more one looks upward, the more the pressure of overlapping structures intensifies.

Through manga-inspired line expression,
the traces of daily life and the tension of urban infrastructure intersect within a single visual field.

This piece is created under the concept of the MANGA MIYAKO DISTORTION Collection.

Built upon manga-style linework,
and referencing the architectural structures found in Japanese manga background art,
the series reconstructs a dystopian, distorted city (MIYAKO) as textile design.

Rather than depicting a simple cityscape,
DowntownArtery visualizes the flow systems that sustain the city itself.

The density of linework creates tension.
Layered structures generate depth.
Though static, the composition conveys the sensation of a city that continues to pulse internally.

This product includes six color variations.
Color descriptions are intentionally omitted to emphasize the structural power of the design.

Suitable for costume and fashion applications, interior surfaces, wallpaper, and spatial installations,
as well as digital art, 3D projects, and virtual environments—
