Article 1 (About these Terms) These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") establish the conditions of use for the digital products and related services provided in the online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operated by VINTIQ (hereinafter referred to as "this Shop"). By using, browsing, or purchasing from the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy of this Shop.

Article 2 (Products and Services Provided) The products sold in this Shop are digital content (data, downloadable products, online viewing content, etc.). We do not ship or deliver physical products. The content, specifications, and provision methods of digital products are subject to change or termination without prior notice.

Article 3 (Purchase and Provision Methods)

  1. Digital products will be provided via download, viewing, or other specified methods after payment is completed.

  2. Due to the nature of the products, cancellations, returns, and refunds after the completion of a purchase are generally not accepted.

[Prohibited Acts] To protect intellectual property, the following acts involving the digital data itself are strictly prohibited:

  • Redistribution, resale, sharing, or transfer of the digital textile data "as-is" or as standalone pattern assets to any third party.

  • Selling the design as a digital supply (e.g., digital paper, seamless patterns), even if modified.

  • Claiming the original digital design as your own creation.

  • Any other acts that infringe upon copyrights or intellectual property rights.

Article 5 (Operating Environment and Disclaimer) The operation and display of digital products may vary depending on the customer's usage environment (device, OS, browser, internet connection, etc.). This Shop does not guarantee operation in all environments.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights) All copyrights and intellectual property rights of the content (text, images, data, designs, etc.) included in this Service belong to this Shop or the legitimate right holders.

Article 7 (Relationship with Shopify) This Shop is operated using Shopify; however, product sales and transactions are conducted directly between this Shop and the customer. Shopify bears no responsibility for any transactions related to this Service.

Article 8 (Suspension and Termination of Service) This Shop may suspend or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice due to system maintenance, failures, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Article 9 (Disclaimer of Liability) This Shop shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by this Shop.
